Our preferred method of payment is by check. However, if a client requests a different method of payment, we will take this into consideration and do what we can to accommodate. There may be an additional fee for some payment methods.
Payments for services are required one month in advance. For example, April’s service payment is due before April 1st.
All check payments are to be mailed to and received before or on the due date at:
KASO Business Solutions, P. O. Box 201, Hopeland PA 17533
In the event of an outstanding invoice, additional charges shall accrue as follows:
- If the outstanding invoice is 30 days past due, there will be a 5% interest fee added to the total invoiced amount.
- If the outstanding invoice is 45 days past due, all services and outstanding work will cease until the outstanding amount, all interest fees are paid in full, and the account is current.
- In the event that payments are past due for more than 3 months, either consecutively or random months, a different method of payment may be required or services will be terminated immediately.
